Office opening hours are typically Monday - Friday 10am-4pm. Appointments must be arranged in advance as office times can vary.

Once we receive your request, our information governance team will review the request.  We may need to verify your identity before releasing any information to ensure patient confidentiality.

We aim to respond to all valid requests within 1 month, as required by UK data protection legislation, although this maybe extended where permitted by law for complex cases.
