  • Complaints

    If you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of our service, please email us at complaints@coastmedic.org.uk. 


    As a CQC-registered organisation, Coast Medic takes all complaints seriously and handles them in line with our formal complaints policy. We aim to respond promptly, treat all concerns with fairness and transparency, and use feedback to continually improve the quality and safety of our care.

  • Safeguarding

    If you have any safeguarding concerns about Coast Medic or anyone working with us, please don’t hesitate to report them. 


    You can raise your concerns by emailing our Designated Safeguarding Lead at dsl@coastmedic.org.uk. 


    All concerns will be taken seriously and handled confidentially, in line with our safeguarding policies and procedures.

  • Data Access Requests

    To submit a Subject Access Request (SAR),  email your request to: dpo@coastmedic.org.uk.


    In your email, clearly state that you are making a Subject Access Request under the UK GDPR. Include your full name, contact details, and any relevant information that will help identify the data you are requesting (such as dates or services used).


    Coast Medic is required to respond within one month of receiving your request. In some cases, this period may be extended by up to two additional months if the request is complex or involves numerous records — but you will be informed if that happens.

  • Online Shop Returns

    Our returns policy for the Coast Medic online shop allows you to return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 


    To start a return, please contact us at the email address provided on your order confirmation. Items that are used, damaged, or not in a resaleable condition may not be eligible for a refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
