  • Service Availability

    We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  When an ambulance booking is processed online, our dispatch team review the booking and confirm availability as soon as possible.  You will receive confirmation once a booking has been processed.

    You can call 01326 755120 to discuss any online booking.

  • Regulated and Insured

    Yes, we are registered with the Care Quality Comission (CQC) for patient transport and treatment and are fully insured.

  • Patient Care Records

    All care provided on route is recorded on an electronic patient care record which can be shared securely with the receiving health facility.

  • Use of Blue Lights

    We are authorised to provide blue-light emergency transfers for hospitals and care facilities authorised by a health care professional.

  • Paramedic Crews

    We provide a clinical crew to all emergency and urgent transfers.  Routine and Hospital Discharge bookings are non-clinical crew unless requested on the booking notes.

  • Scope of Operational Area

    We primarily operate within the South West but can transfer to anywhere in the UK.

  • Who pays for this service?

    We provide both NHS and Private bookings. All bookings must be paid for in advance, unless your organisation has a contract with us.

  • Isles of Scilly Transfers

    We are able to provide emergency, urgent and routine transfers by helicopter and ambulance thanks to our partnership with Penzance Heliport.
