Ambulance & Medical Services for Events

Our approach is simple: we help you to assess the events risks using industry standard guidelines and ensure that the level of cover is not only cost effective, but also sufficient to protect you from liability.

Every event is different. That's why we take the time to understand your event and the risks associated with it.  We then mitigate risks and propose levels of medical cover that ensure you meet  regulatory requirements, taking away potential liability and ensuring the high standards of care during your event.

We can offer:

  • Medical Teams

Our medical team deliver medical support to events and can include doctors, paramedics, nurses, emergency care assistants and responders.

  • On Call Clinical Support

We provide on-call clinical support throughout your event, ensuring our teams have immediate access to senior clinical advice whenever required. This includes real-time guidance for complex cases, safeguarding concerns, and decision-making around treatment or conveyance, helping to maintain the highest standards of patient care. Our on-call clinicians support operational staff behind the scenes, ensuring consistent, safe, and clinically robust care is delivered at all times.

  • Welfare Teams

Event welfare teams provide essential non-medical support, safeguarding and emotional care at festivals, concerts, and public events.

Our teams ensure attendee wellbeing through services like lost person management, safe spaces for overwhelmed individuals, substance misuse support and mental health assistance, operating alongside medical and security teams.

  • Safety Advisory Group Representation

As a medical provider, we actively represent our clients at Safety Advisory Group (SAG) meetings, working collaboratively with local authorities, emergency services, and regulatory partners to ensure your event meets all safety and medical planning requirements. We provide professional input aligned with the Purple Guide and national best practice, advising on appropriate levels of medical cover, risk mitigation, and contingency planning. By engaging early in the planning process, we help ensure that your event is safe, compliant, and supported by a robust, clinically-led medical plan that satisfies all stakeholders.

  • Medical Plans

We produce comprehensive, event-specific medical plans that are fully aligned with the Purple Guide, local authority expectations, and national best practice. Each plan is developed following a detailed risk assessment, taking into account crowd size, demographics, event type, location, and any specific hazards. Our plans clearly outline resource levels, deployment strategies, clinical governance, communication protocols, and contingency arrangements, ensuring that all medical provision is safe, proportionate, and fully integrated with wider event safety planning.

  • Risk Assessments

We carry out detailed, event-specific risk assessments to identify potential medical and safety hazards and determine the appropriate level of cover required. Our assessments consider factors such as crowd size and profile, event type, location, environmental conditions, and historical data, ensuring all foreseeable risks are addressed. This allows us to implement proportionate, effective control measures and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that support a safe, compliant, and well-managed event.

  • Table Top Exercises

We facilitate table top exercises as part of the event planning process, bringing together key stakeholders to walk through realistic emergency scenarios in a structured and controlled environment. These exercises test communication, decision-making, and coordination between agencies, helping to identify any gaps in plans before the event takes place. By simulating incidents such as major trauma, crowd surges, or severe weather, we ensure that all partners are prepared, aligned, and confident in their roles and responsibilities.

  • Representation at Inquests

In the event of a serious incident  we can support you as your medical provider during legal proceedings, including court appearances and Coroner’s inquests.

Our team can provide professional statements, clinical evidence, and expert insight into the medical care delivered, ensuring that your event’s medical provision is accurately represented and understood. We work transparently and in line with our clinical governance processes to support all investigations and help demonstrate that appropriate, safe, and compliant care was provided.

Our experienced team assist with pre-event planning and produce comprehensive medical plans to satisfy Safety Advisory Groups and ensure that care is delivered effectively during your event.
